Anchorage Audubon is actively involved with environmental education in our community. We provide Anchorage School District classrooms with Audubon Adventures. Audubon Adventures reflects the science standards set by the National Academy of Science for grades 4 and up. Audubon Adventures are designed to help students achieve science and environmental literacy. Anchorage Audubon covers the $35 fee per classroom cost. In addition to Audubon Adventures, we provide other environmental education opportunities such as field trips, natural history programs, and special events geared for kids and families.
